About ABH
Africa's Business Heroes (ABH) is the Jack Ma Foundation's initiative that supports African entrepreneurs. Their mission is to showcase local talent, create a movement of African entrepreneurship, and provide grant funding, training, and support. Over ten years, they will recognize 100 entrepreneurs.
ABH directly supports entrepreneurs through their annual competition. Each year, 10 "business heroes" win a share of $1.5 million in grant funding. Competition participants also gain access to training, mentorship, and a network of African business leaders.
